Therefore brethren, we are debtors not to the flesh, to live after the flesh: For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye mortify the deeds of the body by the Spirit, ye shall live.

To all brethren and friends good morning in the might name of Jesus Christ
Succinctly and simply written by Paul the Apostle. If one continues to live in the carnality of the flesh one will reap the rewards of that carnality. Yet if we daily put to death the life of the aforementioned, with the Helper (a), that is the Holy Spirit, we gain life. Let us therefore pursue excellence, and seek the golden crown at the end of the race.
As Jesus had spoken, what gain is it to a man have the whole world when in the end he loses his life? Friends, it is urged that you seek Him, and gain life. Pray with me please
Father, today I wish to gain eternal life with You. I renounce my sin, and confess Jesus as my Savior. Amen
