5 For our Gospel was not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the holy Ghost, and in much assurance, as ye know after what manner we were among you for your sakes.God's Word, Jesus Christ, comes in power via the Holy Ghost. It is as a two edged sword (Read Hebrews 4:12; Revelation 1:16). It separates the truth from the lies of the Devil. It is more powerful than any worldly force known, or unknown to mankind. It separates men's souls, and his spirit, that of which is now the righteousness of God.
