sin, that the promise by the faith of Jesus Christ

should be given to them that believe.

Editor’s thought - Keyword here is “all” ; that is to say that there is not one person (other than Christ) that has , is, or will ever live perfectly under the law. For it is the law that condemns us. But not to fear for though it is the Law that condemns us, it is the Grace of God and His plan of salvation to reconcile us to Himself through faith in Christ Jesus that we become saved.
