Proverbs 3:9-10
9 Honor the Lord with thy riches, and with the
first fruits of all thine increase.
10 So shall thy barns be filled with abundance,
and thy presses shall burst with new wine.
Editor’s thoughts - In verses 5 - 10 we find that God is instructing us to trust Him, acknowledge Him, fear (reverence) Him, and honor Him. By doing these things He raises each of us up to being more like Him; that is to say following Him in righteousness. Our Creator knows of what we need, He shall not cast us aside. Seek Him and stay the course as proscribed in those verses and all will go well with you.
